The birth of the TDS group of business was in the late 1970’s starting with the timber business. Since then the business diversified into Retailers of Auto & Spare Parts, Import & Export business, Transport, Trading in tyres, MTR Discount, Finance Construction and Infrastructural Development, Real Estate and Information Technology. The TDS group houses the expertise to provide a complete array of services.

At present we are dealing in diversified fields like NBFC’S (Non Banking Financial Companies), Information Technology, Real Estate, and Infrastructural Development. One of our NBFC is listed on Bombay Stock Exchange, Ahmedabad Stock Exchange, Madhya Pradesh Stock Exchange.

HISTORY

TDS Group has entered into real estate business by the initiative of Mr. Taranjeet Singh Hora S/o Late S.Dharam Singh Hora in the year 2004. Initially the Group was into land banking after which, it transformed into colonizers i.e. buying land, taking permission from competent authorities, getting it developed from developers & selling the plots. We started with dealings in low cost residential areas in order to cater to the demand of lower socio income group in rural areas adjacent to Pithampur. In those early days Mr. Taranjeet Singh Hora himself shouldered the responsibilities of identification of targeted segments, counseling with potential customers and convincing them about the utility of investing in real estate with much hardship. In the year 2006, the Group diversified into infrastructural development i.e. building of roads, sewer system etc. Presently, within the Group the infra team consists of numerous people in staff led by 4 engineers.. Company possesses all the necessary equipments for the development of our projects & the external projects (project of others). In the year 2008, the Group expanded its Infra Wing and has entered into builder ship.
